The Heritage Center is known throughout the Hampton Roads area for its unique offerings of bodywork modalities based on the holistic practices prescribed by Edgar Cayce in his readings. Healing and relaxing therapeutic massage is offered daily on the 2nd floor of the Heritage complex. Our therapists are all nationally certified and many are trained in Reiki, an ancient healing technique which contributes to the wonderful sense of well being you will enjoy after a full body massage.

Additional modalities offered for your health and well-being include Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Ayurvedic Massage and Reflexology. Castor Oil Packs (recommended in numerous Cayce readings) and other Cayce based formulas which benefit the immune system and relieve stress, can be added to the regimen while you relax on the massage table.
